Chronic interpersonal conflict and stress, on the other hand, is a severe problem that can affect your mental and physical health. • Phase of Life Challenges
Different problems arise at different points in one's life, producing stress and causing issues with adjustment. The bereavement process is defined by the grief process and the variety of experiences we have as we adjust to the loss over time. Grief encompasses more than sadness. Remorse, want, fury, and regret are all prevalent emotions. Emotions can be unexpected in their intensity or subtlety. They might also be perplexing. People who are grieving go through several mental processing stages as they try to make sense of their loss.
  • Post-Partum Challenges and Adjustment

Many of the patients in this category may use some reassurance and community support.
