ABOUT
Dr Franz Birkholtz is a South African qualified and registered orthopaedic surgeon with more than 20 years experience in Orthopaedic Trauma, Limb Lengthening, Limb Reconstruction and Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr Birkholtz regularly teaches on these techniques to audiences from around the world and publishes research papers in these areas of expertise. We believe in leveraging our experience, innovation and technology to provide better outcomes and care to our patients. We are based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape where we are affiliated with the Institute of Orthopaedics and Rheumatology and work in the Mediclinic Winelands Orthopaedic Hospital as well as Mediclinic Stellenbosch.
