Through daily interactions with animals, caring for flower beds and tending to the vegetable garden, individuals can experience tangible results, enabling them to maintain their distance from addictive behaviours. Furthermore, a strong connection to nature is therapeutic in itself.

The rehabilitation centre offers continuous care through individualised therapy sessions and weekly support groups. Each program is designed to uncover the reason for addiction by exploring the behavioural, emotional and psychological complexities that initially led to addictive patterns and behaviours.

Services includes :

  • Long-term rehabilitation program
The long-term rehabilitation program is an eight-month residential program with a two-month new life management phase. The extended rehabilitation program addresses every facet of the resident’s lifestyle affected by addiction. Recovery is a gradual process, which is the reason treatment prolongs over a period of time. Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. Treatment for addiction is layered, consisting of several psychological approaches, group and individualised therapy sessions and personal reflection. The prolonged rehabilitation initiative is designed to target several facets of addiction, such as social, cognitive, psychological and spiritual components. As a result, the extended residential treatment program is aimed at individuals who have engaged in substance abuse over a long period of time. The program strives for all residents to overcome their addictions and take control of their lives.
  • Short-term program
Short-term interventional programs are made for residents with limited resources and time constraints who need to actively address their problems in relation to substance abuse. These individuals do not have the time or means to pursue long-term treatment and need to identify the reason for their addictive behaviours and address these issues immediately. With years of experience in managing people with a history of substance abuse, Ezekiel House's programs are made from a range of structured and diverse programs aimed at correcting harmful behavioural patterns. The short-term program ensures that the sobriety of residents is an attainable reality.
  • New-life management (reintegration)
The New Life Management program is based on the successful completion of all factors of the inpatient program and New Life Management, a personal reintegration approach. As a result, the reintegration phase of treatment helps empower residents physically, psychologically and emotionally. New Life Management is built on a hands-on, structured approach. The program implements the primary care lessons acquired during the initial care program, allowing residents to apply these lessons during reintegration. New Life Management is designed to reintegrate residents into society with clear expectations and regular feedback. As a result, Ezekiel House empowers residents by supporting them and providing guidance when seeking employment and finding a purpose in life.
